The General Director of ASCAL, Dr. Xhiliola Bixheku, and the Director of AKFAL, Mrs. Ledina Mançka, organized an informative meeting with the students of "Partizani" High School, regarding the importance of accreditation of Higher Education Institutions and the study programs they offer, priority programs, as well as student loans.
