
Assoc. Prof. Anisa Subashi is an expert with over 20 years of experience in the fields of social services, public policy, and higher education. She has held leadership positions at both central and local government levels, directing key departments in social protection and inclusion, public health, education policies, social housing and employment promotion.
In the academic field, she is an Associate Professor in social sciences, lecturing on policies and social work. She also has extensive experience as a lecturer and in leadership roles at various higher education institutions in the country.
She is author of scientific publications in international journals, focusing on child protection, social integration, career counseling, social policies and inclusive education.
She has participated in international projects as a visiting professor at foreign universities, bringing valuable experience in academic cooperation and the development of educational programs.
Her experience includes leading and managing social projects in partnership with international organizations, as well as contributing to the drafting of national strategies and manuals on human rights, child protection, public health, the inclusion of vulnerable communities, and higher education.
