ASCAL participated in the ENQA Members’ Forum 2026, held on 22–24 April 2026 in Budapest, Hungary, where representatives of quality assurance agencies from various countries gathered to discuss the latest developments in higher education and quality assurance processes.

During this event, discussions focused on strategic issues concerning the future of quality assurance, including building public trust through transparency and sustainable policies, the revision of the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance (ESG), developments in European higher education policies, academic integrity, and the role of agencies in safeguarding standards and the credibility of qualifications, among other topics.

ASCAL’s participation in this event contributed to strengthening cooperation with European partners and exchanging best practices for the further development of the quality assurance system in Albania.
