Director of ASCAL Dr. Xhiliola Bixheku and Ms. Jonida Xhaferi, coordinator for the right to information, attended the 6th National Conference on the Right to Information with the theme "Building Trust: Promoting Transparency, Accountability, and Integrity in Anti-Corruption Policies".

The conference, organized by the Minister of State for Public Administration and Anti-Corruption and the Office of the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data, focused primarily on the role of civil society and media in promoting the right to access public information and enhancing transparency in the formation of responsible and integrity-driven institutions, as well as sharing best practices in strengthening accountability.

The meeting was attended by dignitaries and representatives from high levels, coordinators of central public authorities, independent bodies, the justice system, local self-government, experts, and activists from civil society and media.
