The National Student Survey (NSS) is an instrument for assessing quality in higher education. It aims to collect students’ opinions and evaluations of their academic experience, the teaching and learning process, and the services provided by higher education institutions. Its results help identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing the quality of higher education in Albania.
