From 6–8 October 2026, ASCAL participated in a study visit in Novi Sad, Serbia, organized by the University of Novi Sad within the DUALBA project – Implementation of Dual Education in Albanian Higher Education.

During the visit, participants explored dual higher education practices in Serbia, including the legal framework and the implementation of dual study programmes. Discussions also addressed dual education systems across the Balkan countries and opportunities for exchanging experiences.

The activity contributed to the exchange of knowledge and best practices for the development of dual higher education in Albania.
