Based on the Law nr.80\/2025, \"On Higher Education and Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Albania.<\/em>\" and VKM nr. 109, date 15.02.2017, \"On the Organization and Functioning of the Quality Assurance Agency in Higher Education (ASCAL) and the Accreditation Board (BA), and on the Determination of Fees for Quality Assurance Processes in Higher Education.<\/em>“, nj\u00eb nga mekanizmat kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb sigurimit t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi i cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet\u00a0Sondazhit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Student\u00ebve (SKS)<\/strong>This methodology is widely used in many countries with well-established higher education systems. It is employed not only for this purpose but also to gather information necessary to understand the functioning of higher education as a whole, as well as specific aspects of its operation and performance.<\/p>

Through the National Student Survey (NSS), ASCAL and the Accreditation Board (AB) will assess the extent to which higher education institutions meet students\u2019 expectations and levels of satisfaction, as expressed from their perspective. The process is anonymous and is based entirely on students\u2019 individual opinions of the institutions where they study. The data and information collected will be statistically processed using computer software and used for the aforementioned purposes without any individual references to the responses provided.<\/p>

The Accreditation Board has issued decisions and approved the manual \u201c\u201cAssessment of Teaching Quality through the National Student Questionnaire\"<\/em>, which describes the entire methodology to be followed for the National Student Survey (NSS).<\/p>

At the conclusion of the process, an analytical report is prepared, presenting the questionnaire results for each Higher Education Institution (HEI), accompanied by the relevant analyses and comparative analyses of various indicators in relation to public interest and policymaking needs. This report is made public and provided to the Accreditation Board and the ministry responsible for higher education to support decision-making and policymaking.<\/p>

The implementation of the National Student Survey (NSS) is a legal obligation within the framework of quality assurance. Accordingly, all higher education institutions (HEIs) operating in the Republic of Albania, including branches of foreign institutions licensed in the country, are required to participate in this process.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
